Faculty Candidate Steps
January – March
Faculty candidate completes and submits candidate information form in the RPT system.
February – May
If the UEO is using system to request evaluations, faculty candidate uploads materials designated by their UEO for internal & external evaluators in the RPT system.
July – September
Faculty candidate uploads their FINAL dossier in the required PC #9 outline.
Administrative Steps
January – March
Cases are created by the college RPT coordinator.
February – July
UEOs and administrative staff work to complete internal case sections:
- Tenure Code
- Academic Activities, Percentage of Time
- ICES Scores
- Internal Evaluations
- Samples Letter(s) to External Evaluators
- Qualifications of External Evaluators
- External Evaluators
- Collaborator Letters
- Addendum
August – November
Cases reviewed by department, school and college P+T committees.
December
Cases due to the Provost Office by December 15th.
